Update Jan 20, 2026: Court Documents From Sep 2015 to Nov 2016 Added.
On 09/30/2015 JOSE DECASTRO a/k/a CHILLE DECASTRO and DAVID CONDON filed a Property - Other Property Fraud - Fraud (no contract) (General Jurisdiction) - lawsuit against SWIMSUIT CENTERFOLD LLC. This case was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Courts, Stanley Mosk Courthouse located in Los Angeles, California. The case status is Disposed - Dismissed. Defendants DeCastro and Condon ordered to pay $1,740.
In their complaint, Jose DeCastro and David Condon, through their attorneys, claim that Swimsuit Centerfold LLC committed fraudulent misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement, and other claims in a contract for DeCastro and Condon to appear as Judges in a reality show filmed in Cancun, Mexico. This includes claims that, in return for appearing as Judges, Swimsuit Centerfold LLC would be promoting the Coded Friends social media venture.
The Plaintiffs alleged that the Defendants did not deliver on their written, and possibly verbal, agreements. They also alleged that they were removed from the project under false claims that were filmed for the reality show.
In later filings, the Defendants attempted to enforce arbitration and stated that alleged bad acts and behavior by the Plaintiffs led to them being removed from the project.
While most of the documents on the Court's website appear to be Motions to force arbitration and notices that the Plaintiffs failed to appear on several court dates, we have included a few key documents on our website1. To view other court documents related to this case, please follow the link at the top of this summary 2.
The original complaint document, posted below, provides the Plaintiff's point of view of the case. The "Memorandum in Opposition..." is an extremely large document (144 pages) but there is a section that provides the Defendant's point of view, with descriptions of the alleged bad behavior of the Plaintiffs that brought about their removal from the project on Page 27, beginning with Paragraph 16.
The case appears to have ended after the Plaintiffs and their attorneys stopped responding to Motions and did not appear at court dates, leading to the case being dismissed without prejudice and costs of $1,740.00 granted to the Defendants.
