This case was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Courts, Stanley Mosk Courthouse located in Los Angeles, California. The Judge overseeing this case was GERBER, HILLARY. The Plaintiff was granted an extension of time to serve the Defendant after being unable to do so withing the original timeframe. On November 18th, when the extension ended, the case was dismissed as the Defendant still had not been served. The Plaintiff said on a YouTube video after the denial that he intends to refile. To this date, he has not.
