- 🔘 Case is Pending
On February 13, 2026, the same day he lost his previous 2023 case against LVMPD (Case 2:23-cv-00580), Mr. DeCastro filed yet another Federal lawsuit. This one was also filed against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department but includes a different set of officers. It appears that this case is in retaliation for his 2024 arrest in the City of Las Vegas v. DeCastro case. The charges on that case were later dropped.
