In June of 2003, Jose DeCastro formed a company called 'Chille Time, Inc." The "Statement of Information" filed by Mr. DeCastro lists the type of business as Personal trainer and fitness. By 2005 and into 2006, the California Secretary of State shows the business as overdue in submitting their filings. This appears to be the first instance of what would become a trend in future business ventures he forms, California suspended the company in the 2005 to 2006 timeframe.

The last filing on the Department of State website shows company as Suspended: January 6, 2006.
